YOUR PRODUCT AND QUALITY INSPECTION EXPERTS
Delivering world-class inspection, quantity verification and quality control services in Africa for over 30 years.
"Starting from a blank sheet in 1992, we now work with some of Africa's most respected commodity trading organisations, have over 400 employees and annual income in excess of $5 million."
Dheerie Govender - SIS Inspections
Chief Executive Officer
SIS Inspections is a privately-owned, proudly African company that was set up initially in Zimbabwe in 1992 in response to the drought crisis which affected the entire sub-continent in a tumultuous year. An unprecedented drought relief package meant a significant increase in life-saving imports to the region. All of these commodities and products needed to be rigorously checked and verified on arrival. This was the immediate need that SIS Inspections was created to meet.
From these humble beginnings, fast forward to today. SIS Inspections now has new capital partners and an impressive and ever-growing inspections footprint in over 20 countries on the African continent. We are very clear in our core purpose - "Making sure that our clients get exactly what they order is the best kind of business for all", and this keeps us entirely focused on why we exist and what our services mean to our ever-expanding client base.
GCC is Africa's premier collateral management company and often makes use of SIS Inspections' broad array of services in both existing and new destinations across Africa.
